Frequently Asked Questions
While we are in the early stages of development, Reading with Monty has a few quirks that will be fixed as soon as we can get to them. There are also some things that people have asked that we can answer for you here!
Contact
Our preferred method of contact is email. A phone number is provided on our webpage but it is not monitored due to the high number of scam calls. If you require phone assistance, please email first to arrange a time to call.
Videos
Please ensure you watch all of the videos before sending through questions or feedback.
Minimal Pairs
There is no Level 9 or 10 Minimal Pairs activity. This is not the app misbehaving.
Feedback
As the app is new, we really welcome constructive feedback. Please write to us first if you have a problem. We are a very small business (of just 1 person!) trying to help kids that we know will respond well to this type of instruction. If your child does not respond well, please cancel your subscription. Every child is different and has different learning needs. We hope you find what works for your child!
